Michael’s roughly 35 years in the airline industry has involved 3 phases. The first phase was working for different airlines, none of whom exist today, including Continental, Northwest and TWA.  From there he moved to a loyalty marketing agency in a consulting capacity where he helped create and launch FFPs around the world including Singapore Airlines’ Kris Flyer and Emirates Skywards. The third phase began when he moved to airline alliances, first with a nearly 5 year stint at Star Alliance and now at SkyTeam where he has been since late 2012 in the capacity of Director of Customer Loyalty.
